Vintage KPM Porcelain Vase 'Kleiner Bär'

A wonderful little KPM fine porcelain vase.

Designed in 1938 by Trude Petri who was a prolific designer for KPM from 1929. This model is called Kleiner Bär (Little Bear) and dates from 1938. According to the backstamp these ones were produced between 1962 and 1992. 

KPM (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur) is one of Germany’s best known porcelain manufacturers and was founded in Berlin in 1763 by King Frederick II of Prussia (known as Frederick the Great).

Made in Germany from white glazed porcelain.
