An adorable little playful porcelain bear by one of Germany's best known porcelain manufacturers KPM (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin). The quality really is exceptional. 

According to the backstamp it's been made sometime between 1962 and 1992. 

Handmade in Berlin from white glazed porcelain.
10cm tall.
