Sun, sea and sand - it's finally summer and here is a chic beach house inculding a small front garden with gate. 

Beach House with its 130 components (including door, window, gate, mortar and trowel) is a wonderful project for children aged 6 and over or adults who enjoy building things. Please note that this is an advanced set so some adult supervision/guidance may be required. But let's be honest. the adult will probably take over at some point anyway. The mortar is water soluble so if you mess up, you can always start again. And again. And again.
