Spätzlemaker is little device for making.....yes you guessed it, Spätzle.

I hope you're not going to ask me what Spätzle is, if so you should go and hang your head in shame. 

You simply put the Spätzle dough into the plastic compartment and then slide it forwards and backwards along the metal part over a pot of simmering water. The little droplets falling through the holes are your Spätzle. Easy Peasy.
