Sarah Wiener, a very well known Austrian/German TV baker and cook has selected her favourite pieces from the classic enamelware range from RIESS and given it a little makeover. The result: The Edition range. 

“Please dip these forms in chocolate and cream, and glaze them with peach, pistachio, plum and vanilla and then pop them in the oven”, said Sarah Wiener, and that is exactly what RIESS did – and all by hand. Each piece is unique.

Made in Austria from high-quality enamelled steel in a cream and peach (large bowl) and cream and plum (small bowl). RIESS (the manufacturer) have been making enamelware in Austria since 1550, so I'm pretty sure they know what they are doing by now.
