Steinieform, or Stubbi for short (also known as Knolle, Steinie, Bombe oder Maurerkanne) was the name of a short fat German beer bottle designed in 1953 which was in circulation until 2004.
Stubbi lives on in the form of this beautifully turned wooden bottle opener made from solid oak. It's practical and looks great on the shelves. There is also a second, long necked version available. Great on their own, even better as a pair.
Made in Germany from hand-turned, untreated oak and stainless steel.
Design: Lilli Grewe
